FQ produces a newsletter at least twice a year, to keep donors and other interested parties up-to-date on the activities of the organization, report on news, and solicit donations. The newsletter was originally called "Que Pasa" but in the late 1990s began using Fondo Q, Fondo Quisqueya, and, currently, FQ: The Newsletter as its newsletter banner. The newsletter is mailed, via the US Postal Service, to those on FQ's mailing list, and for those who have provided an email address, FQ is also providing the newsletters directly into the inboxes of those persons. FQ maintains an archive of all its past newsletters.
